Full-Day Golf & Dinner Registration (Course 1)
This ticket includes a full day of golf on Course 1, followed by dinner and the Annual Meeting.

Registration Information:

• You may register multiple golfers in a single transaction, but all must be the same ticket type and for the same course.
• To register golfers for a different course or to purchase dinner-only tickets, please complete this transaction first, then return to the Golf Outing page to submit an additional registration.
• To add multiple golfers to this registration, enter your information, then scroll to the “Guest Registration” section and click the red “Add Guest” button. Repeat as needed. Your total will automatically update as guests are added.
• If you have a preferred foursome, please indicate your request during registration. 

Full-Day Golf & Dinner Registration (Ravines Course)
This ticket includes a full day of golf on the Ravines Course, followed by dinner and the Annual Meeting. (Note: This ticket has an additional charge added for this premier course.)

Golf Clinic & Dinner Registration
This registration includes participation in the golf clinic beginning at 4 p.m., featuring small-group instruction with a Cog Hill golf professional. Following the clinic, attendees are invited to enjoy the evening happy hour, dinner and Annual Meeting.

Registration Information:

• You may purchase multiple golf clinic registrations within the same transaction. Please note that golf clinic registrations are separate from full-day golf registrations. If you wish to register for the full-day golf outing, you will need to complete that process in a separate transaction by returning to the Golf Outing page to begin a new registration.
• To purchase multiple golf clinic tickets, first complete your information. Then scroll to the “Guest Registration” section and click the red “Add Guest” button. Repeat as needed. Your total will automatically update as guests are added.

Dinner-Only Registration
This registration type is a dinner-only ticket. Dinner-only tickets are valid beginning at 5 p.m. for the evening happy hour, dinner and Annual Meeting. (Note: This registration type does not include raffle tickets.)
