Golf Clinic & Dinner Registration
This registration includes participation in the golf clinic beginning at 4 p.m., featuring small-group instruction with a Cog Hill golf professional. Following the clinic, attendees are invited to enjoy the evening happy hour, dinner and Annual Meeting.

Registration Information:

• You may purchase multiple golf clinic registrations within the same transaction. Please note that golf clinic registrations are separate from full-day golf registrations. If you wish to register for the full-day golf outing, you will need to complete that process in a separate transaction by returning to the Golf Outing page to begin a new registration.
• To purchase multiple golf clinic tickets, first complete your information. Then scroll to the “Guest Registration” section and click the red “Add Guest” button. Repeat as needed. Your total will automatically update as guests are added.
