The CATA has partnered with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP) and Resource Training to offer certification for your F&I employees.
The AFIP Certification Program will enable your F&I staff to continue generating profit for your dealership while dramatically reducing the chance of legal action during these increasingly litigious times. The AFIP program is a college-level course addressing the state and federal regulations that govern the F&I process. This program also provides a code of conduct which holds your F&I staff accountable for their actions.
Enroll NOW to prepare for August certification!
Take these easy steps to certify your F&I staff:
- Call 817-428-2434 to enroll your F&I staff member(s) in the AFIP program. You will be sent all the materials for your F&I staff to prepare for the certification exam. The self-study materials now include audio CDs to make review of this important material even easier.
- Sign up your F&I staff member(s) for the upcoming Review and Testing session at the CATA. The Review and Testing is a one-day session (half-day review and half-day test) led by CATA Learning University trainers. The Upcoming session is scheduled for August 13.
- Cost for the entire AFIP certification program is $500 per student. The CATA will rebate your dealership $250 per student for the successful completion of the course. This is an excellent value. Other trade associations charge $698 for the same AFIP program!
