Nine area Ford dealers are winners of Ford Customer Service Division’s 2005 3rd Quarter Genuine Challenge, for maintaining overall service satisfaction, reaching an all-time high First Service Appointment Retention of 55 percent, and growing retail parts and labor sales 10 percent.
